As an entrepreneur, I’m convinced that it's our values that fuel our resilience, the common thread that enables us to overcome challenges, stay aligned and turn obstacles into opportunities.
Living our values is not a slogan, it’s a commitment.
In my professional experience, I’ve often heard that you have to “put aside your intuitions” to succeed. Yet experience has proved me wrong: it’s by remaining authentic and true to my values that I’ve been able to build significant portfolios in the financial sector, and then, as an entrepreneur, to build projects that really touch people.
How do you bring values to life in a company or project?
1. Aligning every decision with our values
All too often, the values set out in company charters remain words without concrete action. It is essential to examine each strategic choice in the light of its principles: does this decision respect what we stand for? What are our values and how do we define them?
2. Creating a human link
A company is much more than a product or a service; it embodies a living interaction. Customers, partners and--above all, employees--fully appreciate when the values we proclaim are translated into concrete actions on a daily basis. In my workshops, I stress the importance of combining intuition, the principles of mindfulness--the source of our creativity--and fundamental values with communication, creativity and sales techniques, to create a lasting and authentic impact.
3. Inspiring by example
As leaders, project leaders or entrepreneurs, we have a responsibility to embody the values we want to see spread in our professional environment. This is not a posture to adopt, but a genuine, authentic and coherent way of being. That’s why I prefer direct and sincere interaction, rather than relying on a cover letter generated by Chat GPT. True inspiration comes from the example we set every day, through our actions and choices.
Why is it essential to keep values alive?
Because in a constantly changing world, it’s our human values that bring diversity, meaning and stability. They attract the right people, help build strong communities and overcome crises. In this way, the company becomes a sustainable ecosystem, where financial success is only a consequence, not the main objective.
As an entrepreneur and trainer, my ambition is to show that it is possible--and necessary--to put people and values back at the heart of our projects.
Bringing values to life means giving every company a soul that inspires and a foundation that lasts.
And what if we dared to take up this challenge?
