Valérie Laskowski joined Hogan Lovells Luxembourg in November 2019, and since then has been advising clients on all sides of finance transactions including acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund finance, refinancing, restructuring, securitisation, and structured finance. She assists clients from a wide range of industries, including financial institutions, asset managers, and international corporations from all sectors.

She is an active member of the LuxCMA Legal & Regulatory working group and regularly shares her knowledge on fund finance topics. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Valérie has gained eight years of experience in the finance sector, working for major law firms in Luxembourg, both in finance and corporate law.
