Stéphanie Breydel de Groeninghe, art historian and co-founder of Ts’Art, captivated participants with a presentation on the role of art in creating real estate value, highlighting the aesthetic, strategic and cultural challenges linked to its integration into projects.
The discussions shed light on how art, at the crossroads of architecture, design and real estate marketing, shapes the perception of spaces, enhances their attractiveness and becomes a true driver of differentiation.
Following a welcome address by Julie Wattiaux, marketing & ESG director, the evening continued in IKO’s spaces in Howald, between Talk 22, a large convivial space, and the rooftop terrace, under perfect weather conditions, with informal discussions among participants.
Many thanks to Stéphanie Breydel de Groeninghe, to Iko, and to all participants for the richness of the exchanges.
