While retaining the richly decorated façades, a modern environment has been created with an inner courtyard. Two storeys have been added to the existing roof.

The second basement houses technical rooms, archive rooms, cellars, bin rooms, bicycle storage and communal showers. The building has been awarded Breeam Excellent certification.
