With more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, Stéphanie brings deep expertise in cross-border fund distribution, listing, regulatory compliance, and market access. She joins Palana S.A. with an outstanding track record advising international asset managers and servicers on the structuring and distribution of investment products across multiple jurisdictions. Her appointment further reinforces the group’s ability to support clients navigating increasingly complex distribution and regulatory environments.
Before joining Palana, Stéphanie was a partner at KPMG Luxembourg, where she spent 14 years building and managing the fund distribution team and overseeing its operations. During that time, she advised a broad range of international clients on Ucits and AIF structures, ETF listings, and distribution strategies, helping them address cross-border regulatory and market access challenges in a fast-evolving landscape.
Over the course of her career, Stéphanie has developed substantial international exposure through assignments spanning Asia, Latin America, the Middle East, the UK, Switzerland, and wider Europe. Her strong understanding of compliance and cross-border distribution matters, combined with her strategic and operational experience, makes her a valuable addition to Palana’s senior team. Prior to KPMG, she spent five years in regulatory consulting services at Deloitte Luxembourg and began her career at Fidelity International.
