After obtaining a Master 2 in Corporate Tax Law and a Magistère in Corporate Law, Tax and Accounting, both at the University of Aix Marseille (France), Souldous gained professional experience in France across various leading companies, and in Luxembourg within a Big Four firm. He is currently awaiting his swearing-in to be formally admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List II). He is a native French speaker and fluent in English.

Souldous advises investment funds, financial institutions, high net worth individuals, and international corporates on a broad range of tax matters, with a particular focus on cross-border structuring and transactional tax issues.
