He holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Master’s degree in General Private Law from the University of Reims, as well as a D.E.A. in European social law awarded by the Université Robert Schuman in Strasbourg, Me Sevinc Guvence was sworn in at the Luxembourg Bar in 2002.

She has developed in-depth expertise in real estate law, particularly in its interaction with inheritance law, the civil liability of estate agents and other professionals in the sector, as well as in the management of complex real estate litigation.

She is also an authority on civil and commercial leasing law, whether for drafting deeds (commercial leases, residential or administrative leases) or litigation.

She also handles disputes relating to property sales, neighbourhood disturbances and co-ownership law (debt recovery, cancellation of general meetings, drafting of minutes, compliance with co-ownership regulations).

Co-editor of a legal work on residential leases and shared ownership, published in 2025 by Portalis, Ms Guvence also regularly advises the Union luxembourgeoise de la propriété immobilière (ULPI).

She also provides training at legal events, in particular those organised by Legitech or the Luxembourg Bar, on real estate topics such as leases, shared ownership or sales in the future state of completion.
