Romain Bucci holds a master's degree in public and private law from the Université de droit de Strasbourg. He has been a member of the Bar for more than ten years, and is recognised for his excellence, both as an adviser and in litigation, in construction, contract and insurance law.

He co-authored a legal work on residential leases and joint tenancy, published in 2025 by Portalis. He also provides training at legal events, including those organised by Legitech and the Luxembourg Bar, on real estate topics such as leases, shared ownership and sales in the future state of completion.

His appointment is in line with our desire to make the most of in-house talent and to continue developing the firm in line with its core values.
