AEIN introduces new executive director.

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Martinez Dolz as the new executive Director of Aide à l’Enfance de l’Inde et du Népal (AEIN).

Roger brings more than fifteen years of experience in NGO leadership and in the management of development and humanitarian programmes, in Luxembourg and internationally. His background combines the coordination of projects funded by the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs along with the European Union, multidisciplinary team management, associative governance, and close collaboration with local partners.

Over the past three years, he has been based in Brussels, working at the heart of the EU policy ecosystem. He coordinated the Corporate Leaders Group Europe (CLG Europe) within the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, supporting business engagement on EU climate and sustainability policies and contributing to initiatives related to the green transition.

He has previously held senior management positions at Médecins Sans Frontières Luxembourg and the Belgian Red Cross, and has worked on development cooperation and global citizenship education projects within Luxembourg civil society organisations.

At Aide à l’Enfance de l’Inde et du Népal, Roger will place his experience at the service of:

• strengthening local partnerships in India and Nepal,

• ensuring the quality and coherence of programmes,

• fostering clear and collaborative governance with the board of directors,

• and supporting the organisation’s organisational and financial development.

The team and the Board warmly welcome him and look forward to this new chapter for AEIN.
