As part of the Paperjam 10x6--The Future of Work--incl. Paperjam HR Leaders 2025 event organised by the Paperjam Club on Tuesday 28 January, Hamid Taouil, sales manager at Pluxee, shares his vision of the future of work.

How does Pluxee see the changing needs for employee benefits and motivation services in a hybrid world of work?

Exclusive promotions: We have set up a network of partnerships with local and cross-border retailers. These partnerships enable Pluxee users to benefit from exclusive discounts, boosting their purchasing power while stimulating the local economy.

An exclusive events project: We have launched an initiative to organise exclusive events for our beneficiaries at our partner merchants, in order to create moments of exchange and sharing and to strengthen the Pluxee community in Luxembourg. Our first afterwork event will take place on 23 January.”
