PwC has announced a three-year global agreement with Amazon Web Services that is expected to generate $800m in value. Luxembourg is one of the 16 countries covered by this strategy.

PwC is joining forces with Amazon Web Services (AWS), the cloud computing division of the e-commerce giant. In a , the Big Four firm announced a “three-year strategic collaboration agreement with AWS with [the] goal to deliver $800m [€746.88m, editor’s note] of value to clients” globally.

“This collaboration will strengthen PwC’s offerings across a wide array of services, including cloud migration and modernisation, data and analytics, cybersecurity and risk, customer experience, managed services and climate reporting and transition to net zero,” said the company.

Asked about the precise terms of the agreement, including financial terms, PwC had not responded to Delano’s sister publication Paperjam by the time of publication.

PwC and AWS are already working together, in particular through Amazon Bedrock (a foundation model API, or application programming interface, service for integrating artificial intelligence into businesses). “The newest collaboration with AWS has already helped more than 200 of PwC’s Fortune 500 clients," adds the Big Four firm.
