Founded in 1998 and operating in France, Luxembourg and Morocco, Post subsidiary Digora by Deep has a new general director: Grégory Lindan. “He brings with him more than 25 years of experience in service companies and IT,” says the Post group. He had been director of consulting France at Thalès since 2021.
Lindan has also worked as vice-president of CGI Business Consulting and associate partner at IBM. “His career highlights his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate operations on a national and international scale,” Post added in its press release.
The data company specialises in data and IT infrastructure management. Its mission is to support businesses in implementing their data management strategy, and to make the most of its expertise in information systems security and availability. Under the Deep brand, it offers all the telecoms and ICT activities of the Post Group.
At the same time, it is announcing a change of governance with the appointment of , also CEO of the European Business Reliance Centre (EBRC, Digora’s former reference shareholder), as chairman of the board of directors.
“This appointment follows the increase in the Post Luxembourg Group’s stake in Digora’s capital,” notes the Post press release. The group now holds 100% of Digora’s capital.
