studied law and business management in Strasbourg, followed by a master's degree in accounting, internal controls and auditing. After a spell at Banque de Luxembourg, the 30-year-old managed a portfolio of companies before joining the House of Entrepreneurship, participating in the Investor Care Platform project. In January 2020, Philippe became CEO of the House of Startups, overseeing more than 175 startups. "It was a stroke of luck, but luck has to be earned."
Linster, who sits on several boards of directors, firmly believes in co-creation and collaborative leadership, where every team member is included in decision-making processes. This increases motivation and confidence. Keen to develop Luxembourg's entrepreneurial ecosystem, the CEO does not see his generation as having done more or less than other generations: "that's journalist talk for the sake of making noise."
