Patrick Meyer is an architect, urban planner and artist. He went to New York for an internship, then continued his architectural studies in Vienna, before returning to his native Luxembourg. In 2013, he took over the management of Belvedere, which established itself as an architecture studio in Contern in 2016. Meyer is also co-founder of the Sixthfloor art collective, which was set up in 2001.
