The January 2025 issue of Paperjam magazine is devoted to the 2024 edition of the Paperjam Top 100, the ranking of Luxembourg’s most influential economic decision-makers. Here are the personalities ranked between positions 91 and 100.

91. Ananda Kautz

has been head of innovation, payments and digital at the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL) since August 2020, and a member of the executive committee since January 2022, where she also oversees sustainable finance and the IT team. She started at PWC in 2006 before holding senior positions at ING, including strategy, digital transformation and payments. A graduate of Essec, Université Paris Dauphine and Concordia, Kautz completed her training at Insead in financial technology.

92. Christine Theodorovics

has been CEO of Baloise Assurances Luxembourg since June 2023. She has over 24 years of experience in financial services, having held senior positions at Swiss Life, Zurich Insurance Group and Axa, where she was chief strategy officer until August 2022. She is also a non-executive member of the boards of Athora Deutschland and Hansard Global Plc, and a member of the foundation board of SOS Children's Villages Switzerland. Theodorovics holds a PhD in business administration from the University of Gloucestershire in the UK.

93. Christianne Wickler

is managing director of Pall Center, a retail chain promoting responsible consumption and local products. In 1982, at the age of 22, she transformed a petrol station in Oberpallen into a diversified shopping centre, now employing 250 people. Chairwoman of the Cargolux board of directors from 2021 to 2023, Wickler is now concentrating on her commercial activities. Committed to the local community, she supports ecological initiatives and promotes short distribution channels.

94. Diana Senanayake

has been managing director of IQ-EQ Luxembourg and regional CEO for continental Europe since August 2022. With over 26 years of experience in financial services, she has held senior positions at BNP Paribas Securities Services in southeast Asia and RBC Investor & Treasury Services. Under her leadership, IQ-EQ has strengthened its presence in Europe, particularly in Luxembourg, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium and Cyprus. Senanayake is also a member of the group’s global management team.

95. Goy Grosbusch

, born on 14 January 1987 in Luxembourg, is CEO of Grosbusch, a family business specialising in the import and distribution of fruit and vegetables. After studying business administration and IT, he joined the company in 2012, successively holding the positions of product manager, marketing manager and support manager, before becoming CEO in 2018. Grosbusch has also been a director of the Fédération luxembourgeoise de l’alimentation et de la distribution (FLAD) since 2022.

96. Kamel Amroune

is the founder and CEO of The Dots, a marketing agency specialising in the technology sector. Prior to founding The Dots in August 2021, he held the position of CEO at Farvest (from January 2018 to February 2021), where he co-founded the ICT Spring event. Under his leadership, The Dots launched initiatives such as Metaverse Month in May 2022, exploring the impact of the metaverse on business. In November 2023, Amroune co-founded Nexus 2050, an international technology event.

97. Laurent Loschetter

is an entrepreneur renowned for his contributions to the IT and events sectors. In 1986, at the age of 18, he founded DSL Data Service Luxembourg, a company specialising in IT infrastructure. In 1995, he co-founded the Den Atelier concert hall, which went on to become a major player on the music scene. He is also the organiser of the Rock-A-Field festival, which has attracted renowned international artists. In September 2017, Loschetter was appointed chairman of the board of public radio 100.7, a position he held until November 2019. At the same time, he was a member of the Mudam board of directors from January 2016 to December 2021, contributing to the development of the Luxembourg’s museum of modern art.

98. Catherine Pogorzelski

is partner at DLA Piper and global co-chair of the investment management & funds practice. She joined the Luxembourg office in 2014, where she was managing partner for ten years, helping to build it into a team of over 100 professionals. In May 2024, Pogorzelski stepped down as managing partner to focus on international projects. A recognised specialist, she advises on the structuring of alternative investment funds in private equity, real estate and debt.

99. François Dorland

has been CEO of Agora since August 2021, where he oversees major urban development projects such as Belval and Metzeschmelz. A graduate of the Institut d’études politiques in Strasbourg, he began his career in the banking sector in France before moving to Luxembourg, where he held senior positions with Deloitte and IBM. A specialist in governance and collaborative processes, Dorland has also served as a board member. [Editor’s note: Dorland in January 2025].

100. Marc Hengen

has been managing director of the Association des compagnies d’assurances et de réassurances (Aca) since 2013. A lawyer by training, he joined the Aca’s executive committee in 2010. Hengen is also a member of the Haut Comité de la place financière, the executive committee of the Union des entreprises luxembourgeoises (UEL), secretary general of the Association des gestionnaires de réassurances (Agere) and treasurer of Insurance Europe. Prior to Aca, he held senior positions at Axa Luxembourg and Winterthur Europe Assurances.
