In order to complete the list of nominees developed by the editors of Paperjam and Delano, we are launching a call for nominations to all lawyers in the country. Lawyers may nominate themselves in one or more categories, as well as nominating up to ten of their colleagues.
The categories in which lawyers may apply are:
- Administrative law
- Banking law
- Civil law
- Family law
- Tax law
- Investment fund law
- Real estate law
- Criminal law
- Company law
- Labour and social security law
A jury composed exclusively of lawyers will select the winners. The final list will be established by a quantified evaluation on the basis of a ranking by points and discussions between the members of the jury.
The selection of the 100 lawyers will be based on the following criteria:
- Career (development, experience)
- Professional conduct
- National/international dimension
- Publications
- Commitment to the profession (professional associations, professional bodies)
- Teaching, training, conferences
You can send us your candidacy and those of your colleagues until Monday, 13 June 2022, at 12pm. The Luxembourg Bar will participate in this initiative and will relay this call to its members.
To celebrate the launch of this supplement, the Paperjam + Delano Club will organise, on 22 September 2022, an Apéro Talk around the theme “Democracy and Justice” with the minister of justice, Sam Tanson (déi Gréng).
