In 2024, Odgers Berndtson has built connections and fostered impactful dialogue within Luxembourg's professional community through curated events. We’ve created a unique platform for CEOs and female leaders to exchange insights, share experiences and collaborate on the future of leadership.

This year, we at were proud to host several transformative events that have become essential platforms for Luxembourg's professional community. Our initiatives--from the CEO’s Summit Luncheon series to the Female Leadership Community meetings--have been carefully designed to address current challenges and provide tailored discussions for business leaders and for the leaders of tomorrow.

For the CEO's Summit Luncheon series, topics such as "Ethics in Decision-Making" or "CEOs and Transformation: Lessons from Leaders" were explored. For the Female Leadership Community, the focus was on contemporary issues such as "Being a Female Leader: Strategies for Building Your Brand and Succeeding in Male-Dominated Industries" or "Leadership Communication: Exploring Effective Styles for Women in Leadership”.

Odgers Berndtson are particularly proud because the Female Leadership Community has grown from zero to include over 53 accomplished women from organisations such as the big four, Grant Thornton, Post Luxembourg, ArcelorMittal, and CFL among many other companies based in Luxembourg. A milestone this year was the first hybrid event in September, which brought together women leaders from Poland and Ireland with the Luxembourg-based community, enriching discussions with diverse European perspectives. It's a formula that will be explored again in 2025 as it’s proven successful.

The CEO's Summit Luncheon series brought together more than 25 professionals from leading companies such as the big four, Vodafone, Vistra, Liser, and Lombard Odier amongst others. These events provided a platform to share best practices, foster collaboration, and address the complex challenges facing today's business leaders.

Looking ahead to 2025, Odgers Berndtson remain committed to continuing these initiatives, which have become a cornerstone in their approach to promoting leadership excellence in Luxembourg. Their focus will be on translating the valuable insights gained from this year's events into actionable strategies that not only drive positive change in the market, but also empower professionals to tackle tomorrow's challenges with confidence and innovation.

By building on the momentum achieved in 2024, Odgers Berndtson aim to further strengthen their communities and provide even more opportunities for collaboration, learning and growth. Both the CEO's Summit Luncheons and the Female Leadership Community have found in Odgers Berndtson a trusted and safe space to explore how to work together more effectively, foster meaningful partnerships, and inspire impactful leadership.
