With over 20 years of experience, Oana has a strong track record in delivering high-quality audit services to listed clients, supported by in-depth expertise in IFRS accounting and financial reporting requirements, as well as regulatory frameworks applicable to EU Public Interest Entities (EU PIEs) and SEC registrants. She has developed extensive knowledge in various industries, including a deep understanding of the steel and telecommunications industries, through long-term involvement in complex international group audits. A committed professional, Oana is recognised for her technical excellence, project management capabilities, communication skills and leadership, and has extensive experience in leading audit transition processes.

Oana holds a master’s degree in business administration from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. She is a “Réviseur d’entreprises agréé” (Authorised Auditor) in Luxembourg, a member of the Chamber of the Financial Auditors (Romania) and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK).
