Headquartered in Luxembourg – Europe’s top fund hub – NoW Partners has expanded with a new office in Paris, led by Philippe Anquetil. This move strengthens cross-border capabilities and brings the firm closer to major financial players in France.

To support growth, the firm appointed four new managing partners: Abdelkader Yahiaoui, Thierry De Poerck, and Hugo Larguinho Brás in Luxembourg, and Philippe Anquetil in Paris. Each brings 25+ years of experience in compliance, operations, and advisory – reinforcing NoW’s senior-led, hands-on model.
