After graduating from the University of Reading, obtaining a LLM in international economic law, from the University Paris-Est Creteil with a Master 2 in commercial contracts Law, and from University of Aix-Marseille with a Master 1 in Business Law, Nihad worked for the law firm of an international audit and consulting firm in Paris, and for a major international law firm in Luxembourg for a couple of years.

Nihad is qualified and admitted to the Luxembourg Bar. She is a native French speaker and fluent in English. She assists both international and Luxembourg-based clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations. She supports leading corporations, financial institutions, and private equity clients with day-to-day corporate law queries, governance matters, and strategic commercial transactions.
