With over 20 years’ experience in project management, primarily in the field of interior design, Nicolas has a well-rounded background combining hands-on expertise, operational management and the coordination of various stakeholders and contractors, both during the design phase and the execution phase.

Before joining Building Consulting, he held the position of senior project manager at TDO Consulting, a general contractor specialising in interior fit-outs. In this role, he was responsible for the overall management of interior design projects: developing zoning plans and detailed space planning, preparing tender documents, monitoring project implementation, coordinating contractors, managing budgets and overseeing the final handover of works.

Thanks to his multidisciplinary background, combining technical expertise, practical insight and commercial acumen, Nicolas is a real asset to Building Consulting. He plays a key role in fulfilling our firm’s mission: to design and oversee the implementation of bespoke interior fit-outs, tailored to the specific needs of each client.
