RegTech Aptus.AI announces the appointment of Niccolò Maceratesi as customer success manager, based in Luxembourg, further strengthening the company’s presence in the Grand Duchy and reinforcing its commitment to supporting financial institutions in the operational adoption of regulatory AI solutions.
Born in Luxembourg to Italian parents, Niccolò Maceratesi brings more than 11 years of experience in the Luxembourg financial sector, with a strong background in risk management, valuation and regulatory-driven processes. Prior to joining Aptus.AI, he spent nearly a decade at Eurizon Capital S.A., where he held progressively senior roles including junior risk manager, senior risk manager and, most recently, head of credit risk, valuation and operational risk management.
In his role as customer success manager, Niccolò is responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding, adoption and long-term use of the Aptus.AI platform by clients. Acting as a strategic partner to compliance, risk and legal teams, he supports institutions in translating regulatory requirements into concrete operational workflows, maximizing the value derived from Aptus.AI’s technology. His role also encompasses user engagement, feedback integration and continuous alignment between client needs and product evolution, ensuring that regulatory AI delivers valued outcomes.
“Compliance teams are under constant pressure to interpret complex and evolving regulations while maintaining operational efficiency,” says Niccolò Maceratesi. “My role is to help legal and compliance experts embed Aptus.AI into their day-to-day processes in a way that is both practical and sustainable, turning regulatory complexity into clarity and actionable insight.”
Already adopted by leading financial institutions such as Intesa Sanpaolo and Generali, Aptus.AI is consolidating its presence in Luxembourg. By strengthening its local team and client-facing capabilities in the Grand Duchy, the RegTech underscores its long-term commitment to the Luxembourg financial ecosystem and to supporting local compliance, risk and legal teams in the intelligent digitalisation of their regulatory processes.
