Forvis Mazars is pleased to announce the appointment of Mostafa Benghazala as equity partner within its Audit department, effective December 2025. Mostafa is a partner within the insurance and reinsurance practice of Forvis Mazars in Luxembourg since 2022 and is also in charge of the securitisation pool, overseeing audit engagements for securitisation vehicles.

Mostafa has over 18 years of professional experience in audit and consulting, with a strong focus on the insurance, reinsurance and securitisation sectors. Prior to joining Forvis Mazars in 2022, Mostafa developed over 14 years of experience delivering audit services in complex and regulated environments, with a strong focus on sector-specific risks and technical audit challenges.

Throughout his career, he has been involved in complex audit engagements for international groups, often characterised by cross-border structures and sophisticated organisations.

Through sustained exposure to complex insurance, reinsurance and securitisation structures, Mostafa has developed recognised expertise in identifying and addressing high-risk audit matters, particularly in international and multi-jurisdictional environments. Mostafa is also a “Réviseur d’entreprises agréé” (Authorised Auditor) in Luxembourg.
