Meliha joined NautaDutilh in 2012 and brings over a decade of experience in the firm’s banking, finance and capital markets practice. She advises clients on a wide range of international and domestic finance transactions, including secured lending, real estate, acquisition and fund finance. Meliha has particular expertise in capital markets transactions and regularly advises clients on the issuance of equity and debt securities, financial products and listing regulations. She also has significant experience in Luxembourg financial regulatory matters.
