On Tuesday 19 May 2026, the Paperjam Academy brought together a large number of professionals for its various workshops. Working in small groups, participants took part in meaningful discussions, networking and hands-on training sessions led by experts from a range of sectors.

The speakers in May addressed key issues in today’s professional world. Lou Weis (Apollo Strategists) shared her advice on crisis communication, whilst Cathy Gasparotto (Design My Job) spoke about emotional intelligence and team dynamics. Zoé Wagner (Schiltz & Schiltz) outlined the challenges posed by the MiCAR regulations in Luxembourg, whilst Naoual Belbachir-Martin and Aline Brochard (BDO) helped participants gain a better understanding of financial statements, bringing the morning to a close.

In the afternoon, Thomas-Antoine Williams led a workshop on personal goals, William BecvortWilliam Becvort (White & Case) the taxation of investment funds and Frank RoessigFrank Roessig (Proximus NXT) AI and data to drive sales performance.
