Mateusz Glowacki’s practice focuses on Corporate M&A and Private Equity transactions, with a particular expertise in sponsor-driven investments and cross-border transactions. He advises international investment funds and institutional clients on acquisitions, restructurings, financings and other complex corporate matters.

Mateusz has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016 and is a CFA charterholder and a member of the International Bar Association (IBA).
