With frank discussions, practical insights and networking among peers, the Mastermind Leadership brought together around twenty business leaders in a confidential setting that encouraged open dialogue.

Designed as a privileged forum for dialogue among leaders, Mastermind Leadership promoted genuine exchanges on the challenges of leadership today.

Daniel EischenDaniel Eischen (Interact) opened the meeting with a reflection on ‘the end of charismatic leadership’, noting that ‘it still exists but has changed in nature’. His presentation sparked rich and unfiltered discussions among participants.

After a lunch that encouraged informal conversation, Cyril CayezCyril Cayez (Haca Partners) continued the discussions on the theme of “true self”, inviting everyone to rethink authenticity in leadership roles.
