Can you sum up your company’s activities in a few words?

Elodie Wehrlé. – “Sympass has been Luxembourg’s employee benefits network for more than twenty years. We help companies, large and small, offer their teams more than 800 benefits (sports, leisure, travel, well-being, and more) through a physical or digital card, with no administration required on the company’s side. We support more than 600 companies and 75,000 employees, representing one in five employees in Luxembourg. We have also recently launched the Sympass Gift Card, our 100% digital gift card, which can be used worldwide.

What is the story behind your company, and how does this story translate into your mission and values?

“Sympass was founded on a simple observation: companies did not have the time or resources to negotiate employee benefits. The original idea was to pool this negotiating power and make it accessible to companies of all sizes. This story is directly reflected in our mission: the same benefits for everyone, stronger purchasing power, and zero workload for HR. Our slogan sums it up perfectly: “We make employees happy.”

What opportunities are you looking for within the Club and how do you plan to contribute to its development?

“We are primarily looking to engage in dialogue with business leaders and HR professionals from member companies to better understand their employee retention and purchasing power challenges. It is also an opportunity to introduce Sympass to companies that do not yet know us. In return, we want to share our expertise in employee benefits and help these companies strengthen their employer brand in a spirit of collaboration rather than simple visibility.”
