Addressing economic challenges through skills development
Since its foundation in 2015, the House of Training has been actively contributing to skills development in Luxembourg. With more than 225,000 cumulative registrations, including 32,000 in 2023, its programmes meet the current and future challenges faced by organisations.
2024 shows a growing interest: as of 30 September, 27,711 registrations have been recorded, an increase of 19% compared to the previous year. These figures confirm that training is a strategic issue for companies, enabling them to adapt to market changes while supporting the development of their managers and employees.
Training programmes tailored to today's challenges
With more than 1,400 training courses in 23 areas, the House of Training offers a wide range of training courses designed to update and develop companies' technical, transversal, and soft skills.
To meet the challenges of competitiveness and innovation, we have developed programmes linked to the strategic themes of Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity and Sustainability.
To structure training plans, 77 professional profiles are now available, including 22 new ones covering roles such as Cybersecurity Manager, Data Protection Officer, Alternative Funds Specialist or Industrial Engineer. This approach aligns skills with the specific needs of companies and sectors.
Flexible formats to optimise learning
Understanding the constraints faced by working professionals, House of Training offers hybrid formats that combine face-to-face and E-learning. 74 Blended Learning training courses are available in the 2025 Catalogue, offering a flexibility that meets the needs of companies seeking efficiency and agility.
To offer companies and the Luxembourg economy university-level solutions that are compatible with professional activity, to help attract and develop talent in Luxembourg. This is the ambition of the new Higher Education section, with 7 academic programmes developed in partnership with international Universities and Business Schools.
