LuxNetwork says its position in the national market will be fortified by the acquisition of Telecom Luxembourg International’s assets.

LuxNetwork on Monday announced it had successfully completed the acquisition of the assets of Telecom Luxembourg International.

Founded in 2012, privately owned LuxNetwork provides connectivity solutions and network infrastructure services to corporate customers. The company says the acquisition of Telecom Luxembourg International will reinforce its presence and market share in Luxembourg as a key-player service provider in the wholesales and enterprise market.

It specializes in providing “next-generation hyper-connected and scalable solutions”, including Internet and managed networks, SD-WAN, Cloud, and Datacentre connectivity solutions.

“We are very enthusiastic and positive about this acquisition as it is going to bring immense growth opportunities for everyone,” LuxNetwork CEO Luc Lutot said in a statement. “Not only will it make our company stronger but it will also help us have a bigger market share. Moreover, the increased resources will help us perform better and deliver better products and services to all our customers and partners.”
