Luc Costers, who took up his post on 1 August, is now heading up Nutanix’s sales in the Benelux region. He is responsible for the company’s growth, strategy and regional collaboration in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. This appointment comes as Nutanix, which specialises in hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure, strengthens its organisation in a region where businesses are seeking to better manage their IT environments.
Nutanix aims to bring its operations in the Benelux region closer together in order to pool the expertise developed in each market. The company highlights that the Netherlands has achieved strong results in the public sector, whilst Belgium and Luxembourg have built up a track record in the private sector. This integration should enable the company to support more customers and partners across the region.
“The Benelux market offers huge potential for growth. By combining the strengths of these three markets, we will be able to support our customers and partners even more effectively and continue to expand our regional presence,” says Luc Costers.
A strengthened team in Benelux
The regional organisation is also evolving with the appointment of Tom Vandenbosch as head of the pre-sales team. He will provide technical support to customers and partners and help drive the development of the Benelux organisation.
In Luxembourg, Fabrizio Heitzmann will continue in his roles as country leader & sales manager and will drive the development of the local market. “With Luc Costers at the helm of the Benelux organisation, Nutanix is set to continue its growth in our region. I am delighted about our collaboration and am convinced that Luxembourg can make a major contribution to this new development,” he said.
