Our new partner Loïc Bacquelaine's principal field of activity is the provision of advice to regulated entities, including management companies, AIFMs and other professionals of the financial sector. He assists clients with the review and enhancement of compliance programmes, supports them during inspections by public authorities, advises them in cases of litigation and investor claims, and deals with the regulators’ observations and injunctions. He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2017. He is also a member of the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile and the Royal Automobile Club of Belgium, where he serves as a Steward for motorsport competitions.
