Laura joined Maison Moderne’s Brand Studio in 2016. As a Senior Client Manager for over than a year, she focuses all her energy on the strategic and operational support of the Brand Studio's clients.

For you, what is a “good client” ? 

Laura Peltier. – «A good client is one who communicates his needs and expectations clearly and transparently. A good client is one who considers you above all as an advisor and a long-term partner and not as a service provider or a simple executor. He is the one who gives you his trust and challenges his ideas as much as yours. In a nutshell, a relationship based on listening, mutual respect for each other's work and expectations are the essential ingredients of all successful, high-quality projects.

You work at the Brand Studio agency. What advice do you like to give to your clients?

The first one of advice is to often remember what your objectives are and who the receiver of the message is. By telling an engaging story where the target is the "hero" and not the brand you can achieve your goals more effectively.

The second one : Don't be afraid to dare! Have the courage to think creatively and consider unconventional solutions to surprise your targets and the market by bringing a new vision via the right communication channels and formats that are both relevant and innovative.

What is the campaign/project you are most proud of since you joined Maison Moderne?

It's impossible to choose just one! If I had to name…

...A book:, published in 2017 to mark the 100th anniversary of Arnold Kontz company. A book that mixes emotion and history, family saga and spectacular photos. You don't need to be a car lover to immerse yourself in this 264-page book. The pride of having participated in the realization of this book is still there even 7 years later. ...A magazine: , which we created in collaboration with the Shopping Center Cloche d'Or. It is the very example of successful teamwork where everyone contributes to the influence of the shopping centre, whether it be the Shopping Center's brands or the Agency's talents. 8 editions later, we are still producing it with the same energy and the same desire to create quality content for readers and visitors. ...A digital campaign: , launched on the occasion of INOWAI's 20th anniversary. An innovative format that reflected both the general public's vision and that of leading figures in the field on issues affecting real estate.»
