Karolina Szpinda focuses on financial services regulation, capital markets and sustainable finance. She advises clients on regulatory, governance and compliance matters, particularly on prudential regulation, market conduct and ESG matters. Karolina plays an active role in the Firm’s knowledge and thought leadership initiatives, helping clients navigate regulatory developments and implement new frameworks. She also contributes to industry working groups dedicated to sustainable finance.

She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2011.
