Jordan works with a diverse and demanding client base on strategic international tax projects. With over nine years of experience, Jordan advises businesses, investors, and asset managers throughout the entire investment lifecycle, delivering tailored solutions for structuring, restructuring, refinancing, M&A transactions, and exit planning. From the start of his career, Jordan built strong expertise in alternative investments and corporate tax planning, which he has continued to develop since joining Forvis Mazars in 2019 as a manager, addressing complex and cross-border tax matters.

Jordan holds a master’s degree in business law from the University of Haute Alsace and is a member of the “Ordre des Experts-Comptables” in Luxembourg. He regularly shares his expertise as a lecturer in international tax in multiple universities.
