Iren Butrakova’s practice focuses on asset management regulatory affairs and Fintech. She advises management companies, AIFMs, transfer agents, fund administrators and depositary banks throughout their life cycle, from initial set-up and authorization to restructuring, acquisitions, and day-to-day operations.

Iren drives the Firm’s Fintech practice, advising clients on complex blockchain and fund tokenization projects, ICT and cloud computing, Dora implementation and AI. She is a member of several Alfi and Efama working groups and technical committees on digital finance. Iren has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2018.
