A sparkling decor, a combination of taste and festivity, a carefully prepared menu featuring fresh produce... the name Hitch is on everyone's lips for a tasty meal and a successful evening in the Limpertsberg district.

Nestling in the middle of the company buildings, the Hitch has been attracting gourmets and night owls for almost ten years. As soon as you enter, the tone is set: "Where food meets party" is the motto of the establishment, run by Angelika Ostapiuk and Alexandre Vient.

Since its renovation one and a half years ago, Hitch has taken on a whole new look. Flowers on the walls and ceiling, a careful use of light, the decor is elegant and the atmosphere changes according to your mood. The room, separated into different areas by mirrors, allows you to enjoy the dishes on the menu in complete tranquillity, and turns into a dance floor once night falls.

A relaxed, cosy restaurant by day

Instead of a dining bar, the restaurant is now offering a fusion kitchen to enhance the quality of service and introduce new flavours. This change is visible in both the dishes on offer and the cocktails served, with their Japanese influences. Once or twice a year, the menu changes according to the ideas of the chef and the sushi master. In February, the menu will be revamped for even greater quality.

For lunch and dinner, chef Christoph Kaiser offers a range of internationally inspired cuisine (particularly French and Asian) to suit all palates, from meat and fish lovers to vegetarians. Try the perfectly spiced grilled octopus with wakame leaves, the crispy grilled skrai fillet with melt-in-your-mouth green apple or the marinated chicken leg with green asparagus and shiitake mushrooms. A real delight!

From Tuesday to Saturday, from 6pm to 10pm, fusion chef Lansya Hayadi uses fresh produce to create carefully presented, delicate sushi, which can be enjoyed alone or shared. The Hitch Rolls are particularly popular. For fans of Japanese cuisine, we recommend the assortment of nigiris, aburi salmon rolls (cucumber and avocado maki, Philadelphia cheese and salmon).

Hungry for something else? The beef tataki and pork belly bao are perfect for eating and sharing. All accompanied by a signature cocktail such as the exotic Maka-Lita or the freshly scented Lolita.

While the sharing dishes are a big hit at afterwork, those in a hurry can enjoy a different lunch deal every week with a choice of dishes: burger, pizza, pasta, etc.

A festive and convivial club for the night

Once the meal is over, it's time for the festivities! Held on Thursdays, the EXTRAVAGANZA evenings are one of the highlights of the Hitch. With hostesses, dancers, DJs, musicians (violinist, saxophonist, etc.), magicians and burlesque performers, each evening has its own musical identity. Kitchen hours are also extended to prolong the pleasure and enjoy a festive moment with friends or colleagues.

From Monday to Thursday, Hitch is the place to be for after-work parties, but from Friday onwards it's all about the club. With its emphasis on quality evenings, the establishment has no hesitation in bringing in internationally renowned DJs and offering different styles of music to suit all tastes and generations.

Themed evenings are also organised several times a year with partners: Amazonia evening with a special decoration and menu and cocktails created with Monkey 47, or New Year's Eve with Veuve Clicquot around Alice in Wonderland.

To prolong the pleasure and relive the same sensations with friends or colleagues, the Hitch can also be privatised for events from 60 to 250 people, such as a birthday party or a company meal.
