On 29 April 2025, the Paperjam Club brought together IT decision-makers, risk managers and compliance officers at Proximus House to decipher tomorrow’s cyber-threats and the latest regulatory requirements.

During a roundtable moderated by  () and  (), leading experts shared strategies and real-world insights for strengthening the digital resilience of Luxembourg organisations.

Opening the discussion, Prof. Gabriele Lenzini (SnT, University of Luxembourg) noted: “AI moves at processor speed, not hacker speed; it multiplies attacks--but also our defensive capabilities.”  (Grant Thornton) then reminded the audience that compliance “is no longer a brake but a safety net” in the face of NIS2 and DORA, while Lars Weber (Spuerkeess) stressed the importance of “cyber governance integrated into non-financial risk management.” Finally, Wided Guedria (Digital Learning Hub) called for large-scale upskilling: “Eighty-two percent of 2024 incidents involved a human factor; the best technology is worthless without a security culture.”
