European and international investment fund professionals assembled in Kirchberg this week to network and exchange industry insights.

The second day of the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry’s Global Asset Management Conference, on Wednesday 20 March 2024, covered and innovation. The agenda included “”, discussions on global trends, the European ESG reporting landscape and , and a focus on fintech startups in the .

Catapult Fundtech 360 finalists

Sixty-three startups applied for the Catapult Fundtech 360 programme last year, with the top three presenting onstage at the Alfi conference on Wednesday. The three finalists were , which organisers decribed as “an AI-powered ESG analytics platform for institutional investors,” , an “E2E fund data platform for the AIF servicing industry,” and , a cloud-based platform that “simplifies end-to-end onboarding, compliance and regulatory processes by facilitating a seamless, secure and compliant exchange of regulatory information among financial institutions, their clients, business partners and regulatory bodies.”

And the winner of the fundtech competition was Singapore-based U-Reg, represented at the Alfi conference by its founder and executive director, Florian Dumas.

More than 700 people attended the 100% physical event.
