, who has a degree in engineering from Germany, began his career with Paul Wurth before joining the family business as technical director. Passionate about his town, the Esch native is involved in a number of Esch-sur-Alzette councils and initiatives.

The 39-year-old dreams of a "House of Artisans" to showcase the craftsmanship of local SMEs. But his involvement goes beyond entrepreneurship and extends to the cultural and sporting fields, from which he draws his energy.

The now managing director of Bonaria Frères has modernised his business through digitalisation. His daily motivation is fuelled by his responsibility towards his 150 employees and their wellbeing. The fourth-generation torchbearer sees himself in the coming years as a chameleon, adapting to new situations to keep moving forward.
