Georges Nilles has a solid and international background in economics and management, having studied in Germany, Australia, Vienna, Lisbon and New York. The 37-year-old, after experience with entrepreneurship and consulting, joined Revolut in 2019, first as head of France and Benelux and then with global responsibilities as head of growth marketing & operations. 

Nilles values empowering his team, problem-solving, and maintaining flexibility and purpose in the workplace. “What matters is the end product and that the work is getting done, but how is less important.” He emphasises the importance of integrating technology and innovation to improve solutions.

Nilles aspires to work on meaningful projects with a positive impact, reflecting his belief in the importance of mission-driven work environments.

Georges has recently left Revolut and is looking for new endeavours which are yet to be determined.
