Fundcraft has appointed Keith Hale as a senior advisor to its board of directors, bringing over 30 years of expertise in finance and technology to the company.

Luxembourg-based Fundcraft, a digital-native fund operations provider, the appointment of Keith Hale to its board of directors as a senior advisor on 6 June 2024. Hale brings over three decades of experience in the finance and technology sectors, excelling in creating, growing and guiding venture capital and private equity-backed technology businesses, the company stated.

Hale’s career included leadership roles globally, with expertise in software and tech-enabled services tailored to the finance, banking, corporate services, fund and trust administration sectors. His specialties involved strategic development, mergers and acquisitions, integration and scaling operations.

Julien De Mayer, founder and chief executive officer of Fundcraft, said in an announcement that Hale’s appointment would bolster the company’s innovative solutions for asset managers worldwide. De Mayer noted Hale’s vast experience and understanding of technology and finance as invaluable assets for Fundcraft’s ongoing expansion. “Keith’s strategic vision and proven leadership in fintech and venture capital will be pivotal in steering Fundcraft towards future successes,” said De Mayer.
