The current chairman of Post Luxembourg’s board of directors, , announced on 23 April that he would be stepping down as a director in mid-May. The former director of Statec had been a member of Post’s board of directors since 2003 and its chairman since January 2013. He will be replaced by Françoise Schlink, first government advisor at the economy ministry and chief of staff to minister (DP).
Schlink is a loyal follower of Delles, whom she had joined at the ministry of SMEs and tourism upon leaving the post of parliamentary secretary to the DP. At the time, she was appointed senior government advisor, in charge of general coordination of the minister’s office. She did the same in November 2023, following Delles, in his new role as minister for economic affairs, to Boulevard Royal. Schlink has also worked for Oekozenter and the Confédération luxembourgeoise du commerce (CLC), since renamed Luxembourg Confederation. Her term of office will begin on 15 May.
The new board of directors
The Post board of directors is now composed of the following state representatives: chairman Françoise Schlink, vice-chairman Jean-Luc Kamphaus, Sandra Denis, Jeff Fettes, Steve Fritz, Jean Olinger, Anne-Catherine Ries and Michèle Bley, who is also joining the board. Staff representatives include Pierre Da Silva, Udo Fell, Gilbert Goergen, Raymond Juchem, Axel Ludwig and Alain Sondag. Finally, the independent directors are Ginette Jones and Jean-Marc Ueberecken.
Allegrezza remains at Luxtrust
Allegrezza will still keep one foot in the company as he will continue to chair the board of directors of Luxtrust SA, a subsidiary of the Post Luxembourg group.
