The Paperjam Club welcomes a new member: Dynergie. Introduction in three questions.

Can you summarise your company’s activity in a few words?

: I help individuals and teams improve communication, sales, negotiation, and creativity through tailored workshops, coaching, and problem-solving. With a passion for helping others and aligning my work with meaningful values, I foster growth, clarity, and connection. Known for resolving complex challenges, I create synergies between people and ideas, always with a human-centred approach that inspires and empowers positive change. Change is my fuel.

What is the story behind your company, and how does this story translate to your mission and values?

For over 31 years, I worked as a wealth manager in the financial sector, while also speaking at conferences, appearing on local TV, and mentoring new colleagues. Over time, I became a familiar face in the industry I eventually decided to leave. I joined the Paperjam Club to meet open-minded people who like my values and who might find my experience and knowledge helpful. It’s also a great way to connect, exchange ideas and keep growing alongside inspiring professionals.

What opportunities are you looking for within the Club and how do you plan to contribute to its development?

I’ve been the heart, soul, and driving force behind many inspiring projects--throughout my career in the financial sector, as an entrepreneur, and now for my clients. Often, they seek a fresh perspective, a solution to a specific challenge, or someone to ignite change, boost sales and foster creativity through targeted workshops. Having faced these challenges both as an employee and an entrepreneur, I bring a unique understanding to the table. At times, I even step in as a part-time COO.
