loris Van Rymenants’ practice focuses on banking and financial services regulation. He advises credit institutions, Mifid firms and other professionals of the financial sector on a broad range of regulatory matters, including CRD/CRR, Emir, Mifid, IFD/IFR, and Mica.

Floris specialises in particular in financial-sector M&A, covering acquisitions of qualifying holdings, asset transfers and group reorganisations. His work also includes licence applications, governance matters and issues relating to professional secrecy.

He has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2017.
