Elvinger Hoss Prussen has renewed the members of its management committee by appointing partners Sophie Laguesse and Katia Panichi. Both lawyers joined the firm in 1999 and have been partners since 2006.
Two long-standing partners appointed
has spent the last ten years building the team specialized in alternative investment funds pursuing PE, RE, Infrastructure and Venture Capital strategies and developing the firm's practice in this area. She has extensive experience in advising on all aspects of these funds. Laguesse has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 1999.

is of Italian origin. Her main areas of practice are corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, finance, structured finance and securitisation, investment funds and investment companies. From July 2012 to December 2015, Panichi headed the Asian operations of Elvinger Hoss Prussen's Hong Kong office. She is a member of the executive committee of the LPEA (Luxembourg Private Equity and Venture Capital Association).
