They are the Luxembourg of tomorrow. They have a head full of ideas and a crazy desire to make them a reality. What do they have in common? They are under 40 and represent Luxembourg’s #Nextgen. Each day, discover the portraits of these 100 women and men who make up the new face of the country. Today, Félix Clement and Pol Miller of Lëtzeburger.

Félix Clement (aged 24) and Pol Miller (aged 25) are the bold faces behind Lëtzeburger, founded in 2018. “We wanted to do something legal and big,” they explain. Their adventure began with no recipes and no experience, but with unwavering determination. “We didn’t know how to cook, but we had an idea and the desire.” Thanks to a mentor, the chef of Café Bel Air, they learned the secrets of the best burgers, fries and top-quality bread. Today, “we’re number one in the market,” says Pol.

Their success is based on 100% local products, from Luxembourgish meat to bread. Their goal? To conquer the big supermarkets, to get “fixed premises and expand our range,” says Félix. To reflect their entrepreneurial philosophy, Félix quotes Zig Ziglar: “You don’t have to be excellent to start, but you have to start to be excellent.”

“You have to do it. You have to try,” concludes Pol.
