Eric Babaud, 52, recently joined GSK Stockmann in Luxembourg as Counsel. He advises national and international clients on Luxembourg and international tax matters, with a focus on corporate taxation, M&A transaction taxes, and estate planning.

He studied at the University of Paris-Est Créteil in France and was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000. In France, he served as tax lawyer in several law firms, focusing on M&A transactions and private clients, until his relocation to Luxembourg in 2017. Prior to joining GSK Stockmann, Eric served as tax director in fiduciary companies in Luxembourg and, from 2022, as independent tax advisor and non-executive director for Luxembourg companies.
