With more than 10 years of experience, Elena specialises in cross-border M&A transactions, private equity and corporate restructurings. She advises international clients on complex transactional matters, including acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments, with a particular emphasis on multi-jurisdictional private equity structures.

Elena Apopei holds a master degree in business law from Paris Panthéon-Assas University and has built her career with leading international law firms in Luxembourg and Romania. She is a member of the Luxembourg and Bucharest Bars, and is also qualified as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
