, EY’s managing partner for Luxembourg, announced the appointment of 18 new partners on Tuesday, 4 July. Three changes have also been announced around him: succeeds as assurance leader; (consulting) has been appointed asset servicing leader and succeeds (assurance); and Dorian Rigaud (assurance) has been appointed head of banking and capital markets, taking over from .

Antoine Le Bars “is an auditor, specialised in banking. He is leading the Chinese banks cluster and is also experienced in serving debt fund clients”.
Marie-Laure Mounguia “is an auditor, specialised in private equity and private debt. Marie-Laure also co-chairs the private debt technical committee of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA)”.
Monika Reschka “is an auditor, specialised in the commercial and private sectors”.
Patrice Fritsch “is a tax partner focusing on business tax advisory and reporting (FATCA, CRS) with a focus on managed services. His services also include advisory on withholding tax reclaims, CESOP, as well as operational tax processes”.
Romain Swertvaeger “is an auditor dedicated to the banking and fintech sectors. He has been leading EY Luxembourg’s fintech practice since 1 July 2022”.
Valerio Bové “is a partner in the Accounting, Compliance and Reporting practice and is specialised in private capital. He is responsible for reviewing and designing the financial reporting systems of private equity funds”.

Hicham Mazouz “has extensive experience in the audit of insurance companies, managing the audit of some of the largest insurance companies in the market. He has also been working on several consulting projects to assist insurance companies in their licensing process in Luxembourg”.
Iga Mlynarczyk “provides leading-edge tax and consultancy services to her clients, with a particular focus on group reorganisations, cross-border financing and mergers and acquisitions. Iga has a deep understanding of the complexities of international structuring with several jurisdictions involved”.
James O’Brien, “auditor, is responsible for serving the real estate sector. His clients include global real estate investment managers operating in direct and indirect real estate funds”.
Murat Bayindir “advises multinational companies in various industries on international tax matters, with a prime focus on international reorganisations, cross-border financing, as well as mergers and acquisitions”.
